Transfer of connection

Sir,

I have indane gas at Warangal (Andrapradesh), Now I transfered to Vadalur (Neyveli -Cuddalore Dist). I have worked in Warangal in Granite Industry, They Transferd to me in Tamilnadu at Vadalur. Today Morning I went to Uma Indane Gas Agencies at Neyveli. They asked me ration card, I told i dont have ration card.i have Pan card only. I need gas connection. Kindly inform me. How can I? get Connection. expecting reply. I will be in Tamilnadu minimum two Years again I will go back Andra pradesh. Kindly what way to get Connection?
