Non delivery of gas cylinder after one month

The system of Gas Booking followed now for us in Indane, Haldia is that you can book only 21 days after the last delivery of gas cylinder.

I had booked my cylinder on Aug 18 and given the Booking No. as 49.

Till date after one month of booking, the gas cylinder has not been delivered, in spite of repeated reminders and follow ups.
