My Consumer No : 35910.

I had lodged the complaint to refill the gas. After 21 days they had delivered the same.By time, when my old gas went down, we connected the New GAS and found that the cyclinder is having problem and gas is not coming out that.

We lodged the complaint with Bhubanswar GAS and after 2 days only they send Mechanic to repair the same.

Surprisngly, it is taking 2 days for them to solve any problems within the city limit and the way they are behaving withthe customers are pathetic.
