Complaint regarding extra double cylinder connection

Dear Sir,

I am emplyee of BHEL-PS WR Nagpur and working in Bhilai site.

I have taken a single cylinder of LPG gas connection on 03.06.06 from kawas (Surat) conn. no-44772790, consumer no-264004 (HP GAS)

my transfer was being to NTPC Vindhyanagar (distt. singrauli). I have given a application for extra double cylinder but not getting there. now I am posted to Bhilai and transfer my gas connection from Vindhyanagar to Bhilai on 20.08.08, Bhilai Indane consumer no 337333 DISTRIBUTOR is "ABHIYASH INDANE " Neharunagar near Krishna public school. Bhilai (Ph. No-0788-3290999, 2290999) I gave a application to his for extra double cylinder. but he refused for given double connection. he is telling that now a day, extra double cylinder is not giving.
