Delay in refilling gas

I am the costumer no sd 10975 from eluru andhrapradesh .dealer no 240152 and 249418.i haved booked for gas since 15 days back by phone.i hav single cylinder.they had told to give after 8 days.but din't send.i am calling everyday.they are not listening..even telling u have not booked... very bad service.we are facing so much problem.plz do somthing... my no is 9441829590
