Harassment of indane authorities

I have been a consumer of indane gas (consumer no 30931) for the past 15 years. Recently i ordered a cylinder from the indane authority YADU INDANE SAHIBABAD UTTARPRADESH.

After 10 days i have still not received the cylinder at my doorstep. When we call them and question them about the status of the delivery they give as an awkward answer that "the cylinder has been dispatched long ago and we don't know the where about's of the cylinder".

This thing has been going on for the past many months and still they have not changed the way they deliver the cylinders.

This has become there tool in harassing people and destroying the image of the company.

I request the company to take stringent action against the agency and make sure that this type of things are not repeated in the future
