Irresponsiblity of gas delevery

Dear sir/mam,

i m a new gas holder, i have book my gas 15-07, but i have not received my gas still now.every day i call to mentioned no (01334645517) but they are not agry to listen my problem, they cut the phone call before listen my problem from 15 days.i m now facing lot of problem.please help me.now they are showing kaward problem.
