Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, I, Smt. Rita Dutta, Consumer No: TSV 6422, from North End Gas Centre, Barasat, gas booked on 12.09.2008 but till now we have not received the gas as our previous gas is running and today the Laxmi Puja festival in my house.

So, any time disturbance occured in this situation.

Please tell me what can I do?
