Non delivery of Cylinder despite several reminders

Dear Sir,

Ref: My Consumer No;26257

I had requested for a refill of cylinder on 07-10 and subsequently reminded on 09-10-08 and received an assurance of receiveng a cylinder in 3 days.

I have till date not recd the said cylinder.

As i am facing severe difficulties pleas consider helping me.
