Delay in Delivery & Not Responding with the customer properly

My consumer no. is 30865 with M/s Rose Gas Agency, Chennai, its contact numbers are 044 22550658, 044 22550800, 044 22550844. When we called on 27 th of September they told us the cylinder was booked but when we called back on 6th October they told that no one has called & booked the cylineder, so we booked again on 6th october and enquired about the delivery date, they have not commited the date, later when we called on 15th october they told us that it will be delivered within a day, but till 21st of october we have not received the cylinder so we called again on that day, they told us that it will be delivered by that day itself, but it was not delivered, When called again on 22nd October they told us to collect the cylinder from their Godown directly & disconnected the phone, Most of times they are not picking up the calls also

Kindly solve our problem at the earliest.
