Delay in getting double gas connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m a customer of Indane Gas distributor Cooking Gas & Appliances since last 1.5 years. Initially they told me that you can book for double connection only after 6 months of getting the new connection. I’ve booked for double connection on 12/04 (SR No ER- 406478). They told me that you’ll be informed by phone/letter within one month. After 1.5 months when I inquired about the double gas connection they told me that now it’s not available and you’ll be informed when it’s available. After that I’ve visited to there shop several times and now they are behaving very badly.

As a customer of Indane Gas now I’m expecting some actions from you directly so that I’ll get double gas connection as early as possible to avoid the problem during refill period.
