Indane Gas
Non Delivery of gas on time and not taking booking properly

I have an Indane gas with consumer no D7076. My distributor is Dilip Distributors, No.8 Tarah Dutta road, Kolkata-700 019. I book for re-filling over phone and most of the time the booking is not taken on the same date and the distributor's response to the same is "Computer Down". Next month when I go to book the cylinder after 21 days I get a reply from the distributor that 21 days not yet over and booking can be made after 4 to 5 days only. Moreover the delivery of the cylinder takes 12 to 15 days from the date of booking. The cylinder is sold in black for the price of Rs.450. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
