Gas refill cylinder- no supply to the customer door step

Respected sir

I booked a gas cylinder on 21-10-08.

My customer no :55888 from VISHWAMBHARA ENTERPRISES, Shop no 40/1, Assaye road Banglore:560042.

When i went to agency to book a cylinder. The agency claims that their is shortage of staff so they asked me to come and collect the cylinder. We inform that we are ladies& i am senior citizen. How can a senior carry so heavy cylinder? They are not ready to listen. Isnt it the duty of he agency to supply gas refill cylinder at the customer residencial place. The agency also claimed that a customer extra money for the delivery boys to deliver the booked gas. The phonelines are being kept on hook. Why cannot be this agency be closed. Nearly full shivjinagar and other surronding area comes under this agency. The agency is not maintained well. Pls take some action against the agency. So it will help many consumer like me.
