Indane Gas Connection No.AK-12945
My connection is misplaced

Dear Sir,

My Indane Gas Connection No. AK-12945 with M/s.A.K.P. Gas Service, Shop No.4, J.Road, Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow which was issued on 05.07.2000 in my name i.e. Kailash Singh, is misplaced somewhere as told by the company as I have not taken gas for some time due to my momestic problems. I very humbly request you to kindly advise my gas agent to revalidate the said connection in my name because I am facing problems in getting gas cylinder.
