Regarding Booking

Sir,

I have a complaint regarding booking. On Monday 31st August the Indane gas dealer M/s Jainarayan Gas Service, Suhag Nagar, Firozabad has not booked my cycliner and said today is off due to any function at our home. We will book the cylinder tomorrow on Tuesday 01st September. I said tomorrow is Tuesday that is your off day. Then they said we will open tomorrow for booking. Then on Tuesday I have gone to the agency. The agency staff showing me that see on the book let that today is off due to Tuesday.

Now as a consumer what I should do on this. Is this good to do this behaviour with a consumer. If a consumer is daily coming at agency in this hot climate and the result is nil..
