Harassment in booking cylinde

Roorkee Gas Agency (Civil Lines, Roorkee) donot respond over phone and a person is forced to take a day's leave just to book a cylinder. The problem may be verified by calling over their landline no. 01332-273309. They just donot pick the phone or simply keep it engaged.. delivery of cylinder is always delayed till a person donot get aggressive. Customers are always harassed & not treated with due respect. Interevention is sought.
