Complaint regarding water filling in gas cylinde

Indane Gas Agency, Indira Nagar, Lucknow is providing cylinders which have water filled in it... normally a cylinder lasts around 25-28 days for me... but this time my cylinder lasted only 12 days and i found that my cylinder has water in it... this is cheating and the agency and the supplier boys has come for this and said we will rebate upto Rs. 50.00 for this mishappening. So Sir, this is the second time when we have to face this problem. Now I am thinking to go to the consumer court for the same if some positive response will not receive from you.
