Indane gas cylinder
Delay in getting gas cylinde

My consumer number in Revathi Gas Agency at Medavakkam Chennai 600100 is 2221 (Uma Maheswari). I booked my cylinder over phone on 23.12.2010. When enquired on 8.1. they told that the billing will be done on 10.1.2011 and it will take 20 more days to deliver the cylinder. So totally I will have to wait for above 35 days to get the cylinder. When the Petroleum ministry is saying that there is no time limit for booking gas cylinders, why is the Agency taking that much time? Without LPG how a middle class family can survive? I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that the cylinder is delivered within a week as was done earlier.
