Gas leakage

Gas cylinder was supplied to me (Customer No. 21990) on the 3rd of July at 11:00 am. The payment was made by cash memo no. 11575 and was stored properly in a cool and dry place. Subsequently, around 11:30 a.m we smelled gas and found that there was leakage in the sealed cylinder. Immediately the leakage was complained to Nedus Distribitors (Distributor for Indane) at 11:30 a.m. A mechanic was sent on the same day at about 5.00 p.m. and confirmed the leakage and a complaint slip was issued. He assured that the same would be replaced the next day.

We regret that till this time no action has been taken and the cylinder has been stored safely with intact seal.

On 7th July, our representative visited the distributor's shop at about 9:30 a.m. The complaint slip was taken back from him by the distributor and he was told that the action will be taken after consulting the mechanic.

This is highly irregular and we will appreciate replacement of the sealed and intact cylinder without leakage immediately.
