No refill cylinder recieve after 1 month

i m anil kumar singh i have gas connection no BP9050 . i booked my cylinder dated 24/7/08 at BOODH PURIMA GAS AGENCY JAIL ROAD MEERUT. after one month i haven't recived any refill cylinder from dealer side, Regurlalry contacting by phone on this no.(0121 2766153) they just misbehave with us and cut the phone.
Pls try to solve my problem, as soon as possible and take proper action against them
