Indane gas cylinder
Delivered in leaking condition

Dear Sir,

One gas cilinder has been delivered in my house at about 2:30PM after some time we found it is leaking and smell is comming. Tried to inform my dealer SWATI INDANE GAS SERVICE, 240 B T Road, Kolkata - 700036, Ph 033 25781736 / 1745 but failed. I inform my son in his office. Atlast at about 5:00PM it was informed and their person came at about 5:45PM and he made a paste of soap and mud and put it on the leaking hole. He also informed us that the leaking cilinder has to be carried us to the dealer's place with the originl customer.

Now my question is this Is this you service? This is the safety we will be receiving from you?
