Indane Gas Cylinder Refilling

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a cylinder for my domestic gas connection against consumer no. VK14412 registered with M/S Vasant Kunj Gas Agency, Chhatarpur New Delhi, Ph No.011-26803399, 2680-3377, on last Saturday morning i.e. 29-07, but till today (07-08) it has not been delivered provided several request on 05-08-09 and 07-08-09 in the morning at around 11.00 am and 4.30 pm.

After several conversation with Ms Usha, all the times she promised to deliver the refilled cylinder the same day but with no positive result. All most a week gone but all the time she is saying, "The cylinder must be delivered today." But it is a false promise.

Hence, I would like to request you to take necessary action against the Agency or the person assured with false promise/s.
