Indane gas cylynder (TUCS)
DELAY TO SUPPLY CYLYNDER

Dear sir/madam,

i am staying at 39, ekambaresh warar agraharam 1st floor park town Chennai 600003, MY CONSUMER NO. IS 351

(BAGSU BAI) GAS IN MY MOTHER NAME SHE IS 65

my name is praveen r Jain i am a physically handicap (i have polio in my left leg i am unable to walk without full caliper) last 25 years we are booking gas in: TUCS (triplicane urban cooperative society), from last six months they are giving irresponsible in supplying cylinder and also when we are calling to booking the cylinder they are treet us like we are beggars we are not giving money for cylinder, some time they are ricieving the phone and disconnect without proper answer, some time they are telling we have no staff so send any buddy with empty cylinder and collect refill that time i told madam i am a handicap person than they reply this is not our problem. please help me in this problem how can i manage without cylinder.
