My father has indane gas being supplied from M/s Ganesh gas Agencies, mangalore.
He asked me to book a refill cylinder and today when i called the
agency, the staff took the phone and said 1 minute- i was left holding the phone
for 16 minutes! before she attended the phone again.
By that time i had already reached their office.!
the owner-? reached the office then and she too was
v. rude in answering.
V. surprising how consumers are being treated!
