Yadu Gas agency| Poor quality service

I have gas connection in Yadu Gas agency, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P). I have booked my gas on 22nd Nov (12 days before) but yet waiting for cylinder delivery. I have made many calls (over 15 times) to remind them but it always ends with new promises of delivery. I’m surprise on process being followed by agency folks and readymade excuses.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of service
