Complain regarding Supply not on time

Dear Sir / Madam,

Subject:- Complain Regarding Booking (Refilling)

I Suleman Mamad Valukada am having and Indane bottle Gas Connection from Distributor – Kirti GAS Service Jivraj Park, 5 Saurashtra Vishwakarma Society, Nr Ravi Nagar, Mr Jivrajpark Bus Stop, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad - 380051. My Gas Consumer No is 222752 with Double Bottle Category.

There is provision about gas supply that agency has to supply gas bottle in every 30 days period automatically.(We have to call an ask to book bottle after 20 days after we rcd bottle. An than on tenth day we will get new refill bottle for bottle booked).

Now this is to Inform you that when ever we call for the bottle refilling at Kirti Gas Agency they say call after few days, As per rule we can call at our concern Distributor agency after 20 days of receiving, than to this Agency say call after 2 days. There are many problem from Kirti Gas Agency Jivraj Park Ahmedabad. And after booking for Refilling they do not deliver Bottle on time means after 10 days they take more than 12 / 13 days. So Its our request to kindly take care on this matter.

I always got problem receving gas refil cylender

There are Thousends of coustmers, who are getting problem with "Kirti Gas Agency, Jivraj Park, Ahmedabad"

Please Solve My Problem so that the supply will be done on time to the Customer of Indane Gas..
