Indane Gas (Kwick Gas Service)
Non delivery of Cylinde

Booked a New Cylinder on 06-12 and after repeated follow ups till today (14-12) the same has not been delivered. My address got changed and I put the request to update my new address on Sep'08 which was done and delivery were made earlier on the new address but this time they lost the new address due to some system issue and hold back my request. Again after putting the application for address change on 12-12-08 the same has been done in the system and was committed that the gas will be delivered on the same day. But still now no one has turned up and we are standing without any cooking at home.

They don't know how to behave also. So rude and harsh, doesnt have a single courtesy to speak to a cusomer. We are facing a problem but getting nowhere to put our complain for help.

I have a kid of 8 months old and in a huge trouble. I would request you for an immediate action on this. Atleast they shouldn't make any false committments to any customers and should hear the customers first before hanging up the phone.
