Non booking &delivery of cylinder on time

Dear sir

i have lpg gas connection (gas no 34660 in the name of my mother anita jain) with freedom gas service in loni ghaziabad in u.p. firstly they dont pick the phone while any customer want to book cylinder and after that they said that booking will be after atleast one month of last booking and after booking they deliver it 15 days after the booking.

so it takes atleast 2 months in actually recieving the cylinder.

one another thing i want to display is that they have issued the new connection without kit which include (fullcylinder, regulater, pipe and gas) on price similar to which actually is with all these instruments, and sell these kit seperately to the other persons in black price, by saying that new connection is not available and if customer want new connection they will provide it in the way which i have mentioned above

now i want some action should be taken against them or suggest me contact no where i can complain against them
