Delay in delevevering refill cylinders

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My customer nois -17907. presently my connection is with M/s Rajapriya Gas agency (SIVAKASI) from oct 07. Since then i have requested for four (04) refills. Each time i will have to make so many calls or i have meet the owener of the firm. Then only the cylinders were delivered to me after 10 to 15 days. Each Refill cost me around Rs/-350. 290 for the cylinder Rs 10 to the delivery man Rs15 to 20 for the telephone calls Rs 20 for going personnaly to the said agency to meet firm manager/owner. D/man says the delivery day to my area where i am staying is Monday. booking clerk says tuesday. manager says wednesday. Owner of the firm says other day. I would like to know is there any particular day is fixed by your esteemed office. Please check from their computer. Last cylinder the bill no -91353 order no 4093 was dated on 21-03-08. but delivered to me on 27-03 08 after i went personnaly to the firm. Routine is disturbed and now my both cylinders are empty.

2. I request you to kindly intervene and do need ful. let me get my cylinders at the IOC rate. I may please be intimated if any representative visit SIVAKAsi. Thanking you
