Non acceptance of gas cylinder booking

Rashmi Gas Agency (indane gas) has two telephone Nos 0712-2594814 & 8594867

whenever a call is made to above Number, telephone is not picked.

today on 17 April I called the above No. & was asked consumer No. which I gave over phone & the phone was disconnected at 10.23 AM. I again called the repeated my consumer No. but no waiting No. was given to me. Again 3rd time I had to call and reply was that my request is noted. I wanted waiting No. & then I was told that last cylinder delivered to me was on 21st March & hence it cannot be booked before one month.

Now a days the gas agency is taking 8-10 days to deliver gas after booking. This means that you have wait for 40 days from the date of last booking.

THIS WAITING PERIOD FROM LAST BOOKING IS SELF DEFINED BY THE AGENCIES WHERE AS MINISTRY HAS CLARIFED THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF LPG
