Not attending to telephone for booking of gas

Hubaneshwar gas has 2 landline but one line remains off all the time and both the numbers are not available in the afternoon though working hours is till 5pm.this reduces the effective booking time.perhaps the number of consumers on its role is too much and should be hived off to a different supplier.it has happened that docket no. of booking issued by them has been dishonoured.
