Non-receiving of gas cylinder on time

HI! As usual our Gas BOOKING WAS DONE AFTER 21 days of receiving the cylinder. But to utter suprise till date we didn't received our gas. Everyday they are harassing by saying you will receive the cykinder today, tomorrow... n so on... Our booking was done on 22nd Sept'09 itself... but no response till date. Please look up at your end.
