Poor service

This agency is very poor in delivering lpg cylinders,

they sell cylinders in grey market, leaving the genuine customer in pain.

i havent received delivery at home since five month or so.

they dont deliver cylinders on declared date and force the customer to take delivery from agency.

forcing the customer to visit the agency 2-3 times to get a cylinder.

if any one cares for this complaint,

pl make investigation of this agency,

and take necessary and strong action against agency..
