Airtel -Broadband connnection
Connection not alloted

I applied for Airtel Broadband connection and their executive came to me on Thusday i.e 3/6/10 and took money for installation after verification with a promis to install the connection by monday ie. 7/6/10. but now they refuse to give connection.

Now they are repling that the socket board of your locality is full and so we are unable to provide you the connection.

Is the service we are expecting from such a big company??

WE also complain the same at their customer care yesterday, they assure us that they will revert back to us by 10/6/10, now they are confirming that your complain has been erroneously forward to KOLKATA, make a fresh complain for the same.

What redicullous reply is?? All your officals are same, they send their exective to CHEAT the customer /harras them.

I want the confirmation, when could i got my connection and if it is after this week, I don't want the same. Want my money back with your appology letter.
