Dear Sir,

My consumer no is 7010 with Baghajatin Gas Service, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kolkata 700084 for nearly 20 years.last month I booked on 16/01, being 8212 the order number, and the cylinder was delivered on 31/01.Thus we were out of gas for several days. Yesterday when we attempt to book for the next, we were told to book only after 21 days. Is it the custom?

If so I shall request for a third cylinder as a cylinder ordinarily lasts for 20-22 days. Please help.
