Non delivery of gas cylinde

SIR,

I had booked a cyllinder with M/s Vaishno Gas Agency, S-6/17, Orderly Bazar, Varanasi. (phone number 2506823) on 8 th Feb .. My consumer number is 017050. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff assured to deliver within 3 days. After 3 days I have tried on phone 2506823 to remind but they are not lifting. Your help is solicited.
