Indane Gas
Cylinder not supplied for the last two months

I am submitting this complaint before you for your kind consideration and immediate intiation.

In my area Saroj gas agency Pathanamthitta is the distributer. I have not been supplied cylinder since December 26. While enquired lame excuses like " it must have happened due to overlook" was given. When i approached the agency direct for taking the cylinder they told me that it will not be issued direct from the office. It can be noted that i was supplied only 6 cylinders in a year right from 2007 onwards. Everytime two months delay is occurerred for the supply of gas at my residence. The difficulty and problems i face due to non supply of gas is great. Immediate action may please be taken in this regard. My consumer number is 1725.
