Non-supply of gas

Dear Sir,

I, M.D.Omprakash, Consumer No. 26345 (Rai Gas agency, Shahpura, Bhopal) wish to bring to your kind notice that I have not been supplied GAS cylinder since my booking, dated 12.2.2008. When I visited personally to them on 1.3. I was told that the person had visited the house on 18th. and my house was locked. On asking the standing request, which was made with the agency earlier by me for the delivery of the gas after 3 PM and it has been working since two years why this is happening now. The person at the agency agreed to send the gas on that day itself and the cylinder is awaited till date. In this regard I request you to kindly look into the matter and help us to get the cylinder in time. I am writing this after I failed to talk to the agency several times during week time.
