More than 22 days in delivery

Hi,

I am Krishna Singh. I booked refill on 3-10-09 @ Rajesh Gas Ajency, Madhavaram, chennai. phone - 25530725 and our LPG Reg. no is RG - 28084. and today the date is 20-10.there is a huge delay in delivery which is ridiculous . every day i call them they say tomorrow we will deliver it.this is just not acceptable that to book the refill wait for 21 days and it will take another 20 days for them to deliver it.now we cannot wait 40 days for just 1 refill.

The explanation which they give is they have the LPG but they dont have any person in this area to deliver it .1 day this explanation is acceptable. everyday highly impossible. please do something.please take necessary action against it.
