Delay in Supply of gas refill

We are getting supply of gas refills from Kasna Gas agency, sector Alpha 2, Greater Noida. Gas agency is adopting mischievious tactics. They assure supply of gas cylinder after 1 week, but cylinder is not supplied. When we approach agency for non supply, their stereo type reply is that they had sent cylinder but found that the house was locked.

We do not go out of house after booking of cylinder but even then we hear the same excuse. Agency is blackmarketing of cylinders and the cylinders are available at 2 hours notice @ 700/- per cylinder through any grocery shop.
