Delay in Supply, Poor response and Rude Behaviou

Hai I’m from chennai. I recently transferred my Gas connection from Velachery to Medavakkam (revthy gas agency). After the transfer I made booking on 18th of August. So far they didn’t issue the gas for me. For the past two weeks I’m keep on contacting them regarding this, but no use of it. When I came to enquire about this they are behaving very rude and not even treating like humans. They are giving some incorrect reasons for the delay in supply. The delar code is 171959. Whenever we approch the agency there will be tons of same complaints logged regarding this. So far there is no response from the higher officals also. I expecting for some favourable action from the company.
