Force full purchase

Dear sir,

Indane Gas has started a forcefull purchase on account of new booking..

If i have a stove which is ISI approved then why should i be forced to purchase new stove and that also selected by the company not by me.. I should have right to purchase brand and price range i prefer.

Here IOC is forcing customer to buy stove, appron, etc for Rs 5500.. which too have looking at the quality of the material.. They are only charge for their monopoly and custmer have no choice but to get cylinder from them

Can i do something for this.. I may be able afford this but there are thousands who cannot afford it and still want to have a basic need at there home.
