Non-supply of cooking gas timely

Dear sir/madam,

I am a customer of Indane domestic cooking gas having consumer no. 6067 in 'Mrs Fancy Cook', 3/1, Sadhanhari Mukherjee Road, James Long Sarani, Kolkata-700034, West Bengal, with code no. 99060638.

I booked for a refilled cylinder under order no. 6959 dt. 12.9.09, which is still wanting in spite of expiry of 17 (seventeen) days. On enquiry I am informed that supply could not be made due to want of sufficient supply of refilled cylinders from your end.

Consequently the suffering of our family is inexplicable in this month of greatest 'Sharad festival' of West Bengal.

Please verify and take judicious steps under intimation to me.
