About delivery of refill

Dear Sir,

Myself samta suman, Senior Lecturer, NIET Greater NOida, Resident of C-499, Alpha-1, greater noida, is the consumer of indane gas agency kasna, greater noida, i want to inform you that i booked my gas on dated 20 september but our refilled cyllinder has not been delivered till now. today is 12 oct' 2009. Lots of time i called to the kasna gas service, which is in alpha-II, greater noida, and everytime they assure us to send our refill tomorrow, but days were passed and we didnt recieved any refill till now...

kindly take action against the person, and please deliver our refill as soon as possible..
