Poor service, delay in supply

I am Sikander a customer of Indane Gas - Sri Vishnu Gas Agencies Whitefield Bangalore. I booked my refill cylinder on 01/10 and till date haven't received it. When ever I call to follow up the representative show dis-respect while talking and say why do you use some much of gas.

Since 10 days we are struggling with out gas and don't know how many days more we need to struggle.

Appreciate if you people can assist.
