Indane gas sylender

My connection no. is 35119 by gaitry gas agency bhajanpura delhi 53 .// per month my gas sylender is dilivered about 2kg less then actual weight now i have a sylender (dilivered on 19/03/09) that's weight is total 29.7kg but it's actual weight should be 16.9kg 14.2kg= 31.1kg i complainted three time to my agency but no response from that side. please solve this problem today .. i can't hold this sylender nextday with seal pack becouse i need gas so seal will be broken tomarow for use
