Delay delivery and charging more

Dear sir,

I am a old customer from 1988. my old consumer number is 288 and my new number is 10328 from M/s. shree venkateswara indane gas agencies. I have booked my cylinder on 18/12.08. and they are daelivering the cylender on 2.1.09. same time they are charging Rs. 370/- every time but the other providers are charging Rs. 340/- only from this month. I dont know why your people are charging lik this. Yourbill is showing Rs.347.15/- only. Please go through this and let me get the feedbackat earliest.
