Non Delivery of Booked Cylinde

Hi There,

Like to inform the concern authorities that we have booked the cylinder for HP (Ganga Gas) On 4th Jan and Indane (Ivory gas) on 5th Jan

Booking Number Indane 2310

Booking Number HP 437608

Its 18th Jan we have not received the cylinder from any of the above mentioned agencices. We call up the number provided for both agencies but they keep on saying it will come with in day or two, and if we say its more than a week we have have booked and still we have not received the cylinder they became arogant and says " jo karna hai karo jab bhejna hoga bhej denge".

Also like to inform you that we have seen them selling the cylinders in black and not giving to the authrized person who is in need and has booked it for his use.

Here by we request you to kindly look into the matter and get the issue resolve ASAP. we will be highly oblige to you. Looking for your kind response.
