No delivery of proper cylender (water in cylender in previous tempered cylender)

I am Indane customer named nisha No P-22928 w/o anit kr tyagi

kh no -432/1/3 laxmi vihar burari delhi-84, phone no -9899520738.

my dealer is Parul gas service no -910-7248 shop no -3, 4 jharoda burari delhi -84

in my area delevery boy delever tempered cylender (opened seal of IOC). if we ask about low weight cylender & opened seal cylender they not reply & not delever cylender . i ask with parul gas executive but they not reply about them.last month our cylender is only 2 kg gas rest is water in the cylender.

Pl. take necessary action against it & tilely delevery of gas.
