Non supply of gas in time

Instead of 20 days, now distributor take 30 days for the delivery of fresh cylinder. This particular distributor will not deliver even after a gap of 35 days, even after repeated calls. They also try to keep their phone engaged for the full day so that no consumers should get access to that. LAst delivery of cylinder was July 19. I booked for fresh cylinder on the following week. They were supposed to deliver me new cylinder on August 19. But they postponed it to August 22, on the grounds that they have delivery t this side only on Fridays. But till today they have not delivered it (25-8). Now if i have to get another cylinder I have to wait 30 days from here.
